The research aimed to determine the level of impact of tax planning on the compliance with tax obligations of the company Calema Servicios Generales E.I.R.L. Piura, 2017-2019. According to its orientation it was applied and explanatory observational in terms of its contrasting technique. The population was found to be conformed by the accounting and tax documents and reports of the company corresponding to the period 2017-2019. The results showed that the company due to the lack of knowledge of the tax regulations incurred in contingencies such as joining the wrong tax regime and failing to timely file monthly tax returns, which generated tax assessments of S/11,391 annual income corresponding to the 2017 period, thus obtaining an average percentage of compliance with its tax obligations of 78.47%. After implementing the tax planning, the deficiencies detected were improved and regularized; likewise; tax debts from previous periods were corrected. In this way, it was possible to optimize the tax burden and obtain average percentages of compliance with their tax obligations of 88.01% and 94.10% for the periods 2018 and 2019 respectively. To test the hypothesis, the percentage variation method was used; it was shown that tax planning has a significant impact on compliance with the company's tax obligations with positive variations of 25.86% and 29.74% for the 2018 and 2019 periods respectively, thus confirming the hypothesis proposed.
