Taller del Régimen Laboral MYPE y su contribución a la gestión financiera de las microempresas de la Asociación La Gran Feria Electrónica, Distrito de Trujillo, año 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la contribución de un taller del Régimen Laboral MYPE en la gestión financiera de las microempresas de la Asociación La Gran Feria Electrónica; se empleó un diseño de contrastación pre experimental y una metodología cualitativa/cuantitativa, cuya población y muestra estuvo conformada por los 13 propietarios de las microempresas de la asociación. Para diagnosticar la situación laboral actual de los trabajadores de las MYPE, se utilizó la entrevista como técnica de investigación, para posteriormente aplicar un taller del Régimen Laboral MYPE, con el fin de evaluar el nivel de conocimiento de los microempresarios de la asociación, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta en dos oportunidades, antes y después del taller con respecto a las variables de estudio. La gestión financiera de las MYPE se evaluó mediante el análisis horizontal y vertical de los Estados de Situación Financiera y Resultados por Naturaleza, con y sin la aplicación del Régimen Laboral Especial del periodo Enero - Marzo del 2019, así como también a través del análisis comparativo de Ratios Financieros. Se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS v. 25 para validar la hipótesis a través de las pruebas estadísticas Chi-cuadrado y t de Student. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron demostrar la aceptación de la hipótesis y concluir que un taller del Régimen Laboral MYPE contribuye positivamente a la gestión financiera de las microempresas de la Asociación La Gran Feria Electrónica, esto debido a que se obtiene un ahorro laboral, pues los beneficios otorgados por el empleador en el Régimen Laboral Especial son menores a los del Régimen Laboral Común. Asimismo, registrar la totalidad de trabajadores en planilla permite obtener un ahorro tributario dado que se logra una mayor deducción del gasto y por consiguiente un menor pago de Impuesto a la Renta.

The objective of this research was to determine the contribution of a workshop of the MYPE Labor Regime in the financial management of micro-enterprises of the Asociacion La Gran Feria Electronica; a pre-experimental test design and a qualitative/quantitative methodology were used, whose population and sample consisted of the 13 owners of the microenterprises of the association. To diagnose the current work situation of the workers of the MYPE, the interview was used as a research technique, to subsequently apply a workshop of the MYPE Labor Regime, in order to assess the level of knowledge of the microentrepreneurs of the association, to whom a survey was applied on two occasions, before and after the workshop with respect to the study variables. The financial management of the MYPE was evaluated through the horizontal and vertical analysis of the Financial Statements and Results by Nature, with and without the application of the Special Labor Regime for the period January - March 2019, as well as through the comparative analysis of Financial Ratios. The statistical program SPSS v. 25 to validate the hypothesis through the Chi-cuadrado and t-Student tests. The results obtained allowed to demonstrate the acceptance of the hypothesis and to conclude that a workshop of the MYPE Labor Regime contributes positively to the financial management of the micro-businesses of the Asociacion La Gran Feria Electronica, this is because labor savings are obtained, since benefits granted by the employer in the Special Labor Regime are lower than those of the Common Labor Regime. In addition, registering all workers on payroll allows tax savings to be obtained given that a greater deduction of the expense is obtained and therefore a lower payment of Income Tax.
