La gestión del tiempo en la empresa Calzados Jhaydes de la ciudad de Trujillo - 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir la gestión del tiempo en la empresa de calzados Jahydes de la ciudad de Trujillo. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo simple y para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 42 egresados, se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico; asimismo la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario de Bitacorach (2019), validado por tres expertos en el tema y constó de 25 preguntas. Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa Excel y nos indican que la gestión del tiempo en la empresa es regular, porque no existen resultados totales con el máximo puntaje, así como con el mínimo puntaje. Los colaboradores no saben gestionar su tiempo porque ningún indicador obtuvo el máximo puntaje en su evaluación. Los aspectos positivos en la gestión del tiempo son: gestionan el tiempo para atender a sus clientes y atiende documentos relacionados a su puesto de trabajo, así los aspectos negativos son: que no planifica las cosas que va realizar en el futuro y no se conecta nuevamente al trabajo cuando se distrae.

The present investigation aims to describe time management in the Jahydes shoe company in the city of Trujillo. A simple descriptive design was used and for this purpose a sample of 42 graduates was worked on, a non-probabilistic sampling was applied; also the technique is the survey and the instrument used is the Bitacorach questionnaire (2019), validated by three experts in the field and consisted of 25 questions. The results were processed in the Excel program and indicate that time management in the company is regular, because there are no total results with the maximum score, as well as with the minimum score. The employees do not know how to manage their time because no indicator obtained the maximum score in its evaluation. The positive aspects in time management are: they manage their time to attend to their clients and attend to documents related to their job, so the negative aspects are: they do not plan the things they are going to do in the future and they do not reconnect to work when they are distracted.
