Aging is a chronological stage of the life cycle in which a series of morphological, functional and social changes occur, resulting in a decrease in the self-sufficiency of older adults in their social and private environment. Due to this, it is necessary to create spaces that house this group, taking into account architectural criteria related to their characteristics and needs. The design of the architectural project, Neuroarchitecture as a design criterion for a geriatric residence in the CC. PP. Quirihuac, to provide you with added value, is located in the Department of La Libertad, province of Trujillo, Laredo district, CC.PP. Quirihuac, since, due to its warm climate during most of the year, it will provide comfort to users. This project aims to propose a solution through a proposal that meets the needs of the targeted user and improves their quality of life and also provides health, recreation and residence services. This is why the design of a private geriatric residence is proposed, aimed at people from the AB socioeconomic sector of the city of Trujillo and surroundings, through neuroarchitecture as a design criterion, using the typology of a 5-star club with the aim is for the elderly to spend the last stretch of their life housed in an infrastructure that is capable of covering all their needs, providing an optimal quality of life
