Placenta accreta is a complex complication. According to the degree of depth, its classified into placenta accreta, increta and percreta, the latter being a rare presentation. We present the case of woman 28-year-old in second pregant, with a place of origin at 2570 meters above sea level (m.s.n.m,) a history of a previous cesarean section approximately 4 years ago, who was admitted to an outpatient clinic due to an ultrasound study suggestive of probable Placenta Accreta (PA) with bladder involvement performed in the third trimestrer, which is why she is hospitalized for study and therapy. She underwent surgery by a multidisciplinary team, a modified cesarean sectionhysterectomy, with partial resection of the bladder and hypogastric ligation with a short stay in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and hospitalization without complications. Early detection allows adequate preoperative planning with a specialized multidisciplinary team, considering the early participation of the urologist in taking decision.
