Factores que intervienen en el desarrollo sostenible empresarial de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue determinar los factores que intervienen en el desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018. Por ello, iniciamos describiendo la realidad problemática la cual fundamenta nuestro interés por estudiar el siguiente problema ¿Cuáles son los factores que intervienen en el desarrollo sostenible empresarial de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018? Para dicho problema planteamos la siguiente hipótesis, los factores que intervienen en el desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2018 son el económico, social, ambiental e institucional. Esta investigación de tipo básica descriptiva, se realizó a través de un muestro no probabilístico, el cual resultó en una muestra conformada por 447 jóvenes universitarios trujillanos, para los cuales se aplicó como instrumento un cuestionario, para el desarrollo de esta tesis se plantearon los siguientes objetivos, reconocer si el factor sostenibilidad económica interviene en el desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018, determinar si el factor sostenibilidad social interviene en el desarrollo sostenible jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018, analizar si el factor sostenibilidad ambiental interviene en el desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018 y determinar el nivel de desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018. Se llegó a la conclusión de que el desarrollo sostenible de los jóvenes universitarios de la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018, para un crecimiento continuo, se basa en cuatro factores y deben desarrollarse en paralelo, estos son la sostenibilidad económica, social, ambiental e institucional y que el desarrollo sostenible se encuentra en un nivel medio.

The main objective of this research was to determine the factors involved in sustainable development in the university students of the city of Trujillo year 2018. Therefore, we begin by describing the problematic reality which bases our interest in studying the following problem What are the factors involved in the sustainable business development of young university students in the city of Trujillo year 2018? For this problem we propose the following hypothesis, the factors involved in the sustainable development of young university students in the city of Trujillo in 2018 are economic, social, environmental and institutional. This descriptive basic type investigation was carried out through a non-probabilistic sample, which resulted in a sample made up of 447 young Trujillan university students, for whom a questionnaire was applied as an instrument, for the development of this thesis the following were proposed objectives, recognize if the economic sustainability factor intervenes in the sustainable development of the university students of the city of Trujillo year 2018, determine if the social sustainability factor intervenes in the sustainable development of the university students of the city of Trujillo year 2018, analyze whether the factor Environmental sustainability is involved in sustainable development in young university students of the city of Trujillo year 2018 and determine the level of sustainable development in young university students of the city of Trujillo year 2018. It was concluded that the sustainable development of young people university students of the city of T rujillo year 2018, for continuous growth, is based on four factors and must be developed in parallel, these are economic, social, environmental and institutional sustainability and that sustainable development is at a medium level
