Objective: Determine the factors associated with neuroticism in pregnant women treated at the Regional Docente Hospital of Trujillo during the Covid-19 pandemic using the NEO-FFI personality inventory reduced version. Material and methods: An observational, analytical, cross-sectional study was carried out in which 227 pregnant women with Covid who were treated between April and December 2020 at the Regional Docente Hospital of Trujillo were included, who met the selection criteria. Results: Through the application of the Chi square test and Student’s t-test, it is evident that there are factors associated with neuroticism in pregnant women treated at the Regional Docente Hospital of Trujillo during the Covid-19 pandemic, which are the level of education (p<0.001). and economic income (p<0.001) being highly significant. Conclusion: The factors associated with neuroticism in pregnant women with Covid during the Covid-19 pandemic were the level of education and economic income
