The objective of this research was to determine if type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, HIV/AIDS and malnutrition are associated with patients with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis in the La Libertad region 2021-2022, being a cross-sectional, analytical, retrospective and observational study. , considering a sample of 292 patients diagnosed with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis in the La Libertad region 2021-2022. In their results, it is shown that the age of the most outstanding patients evaluated is from 20 to 29 years (25.7%); 30 to 39 years (22.3%); 50 to 59 years (16.4%); 10 to 19 years (8.9%); 60 to 69 years (7.9%); 70 to 79 years (3.8%); 80 to 89 years (1%); 90 to 99 years (0.3%); 71.92% of the patients are male and 28.08% are female; Of the total number of patients, 43.8% are under treatment, 28.4% were not registered; 8.6% abandoned treatment, 6.2% are cured, 5.8% have disappeared; 6.2% complete treatment; 0.7% failed with treatment and 0.3% were transferred to health centers to continue treatment. Concluding that there is no prevalence of HIV/AIDS, type 2 diabetes mellitus, malnutrition in patients with MDR pulmonary TB (p=0.054; p= 0.254; p= 0.419) being greater than 0.05 respectively.
