This research work was carried out with the purpose of proposing a warehouse management to increase productivity in the distributor Maguín E.I.R.L. in the year 2020. For this purpose, the problem statement was considered: To what extent will vii the warehouse management proposal increase productivity in the Maguín E.I.R.L. distribution company? and the hypothesis regarding productivity-efficiency: Warehouse management will increase efficiency in the Maguín E.I.R.L. distribution company, Trujillo. The research design was observational explanatory, using techniques such as survey data collection and observational guides directed to the storekeepers. The population and sample were considered to be the warehouse personnel in charge of dispatch and dispatches in the warehouse area, which was evaluated in 30 working days. For the development of this thesis, methodologies of problem tree diagram, Ishikawa diagram, Correlation diagram, Pareto diagram were initially used for the diagnosis; then ABC methodology, product coding, warehouse design based on conventional shelves were used. The results showed that productivity increased through efficiency and effectiveness, efficiency before the improvement was 75% and efficiency 61%; the increase after the proposal was 6% and 23%, respectively.
