This thesis originated from the analysis of the problems generated by the lack of infrastructure and recreational services in the Ejidos Norte sector of the Piura district, due to the lack of participation mechanisms of public entities in designing projects including the use of the river and the deficit in the tourist vision to take advantage of the Piura river as a touristic potential. The objective of this research is to develop the design of an “Eco-recreational Tourist Center“ in the area of Ejidos Norte - Piura where the architecture is harmoniously related to the natural environment, providing comprehensive quality service and entertainment for the visitors because we seek to propose a solution to the current reality of Piura. Furthermore, the approach with nature was sought. Therefore, Le Corbusier's contribution on the “five points of modern architecture“ were essential elements of contribution, because they helped us to determine the form and function of our project, always thinking in place to provide assertive solutions to the development of the project, obtaining a link with the natural environment. For this reason, the Piura River is denoted as a natural element that provides enhancement, visual richness and recreation for tourism promotion, since it occurs around a natural environment that has everything a visitor could wish for.
