This work, entitled “Tools to be Implemented to Improve the Efficiency of the Peruvian-Ecuadorian Border Committees“, aims to identify the progress made on the borders of Peru with and among other countries in America and Europe, in order to propose the normative expansion of the Regulation of these bodies, in order, in this way, to optimize their impact, in order to strengthen border development and integration. In this context, the type of research is applied, regarding orientation, and explanatory, according to the contrasting technique. The units of analysis are comprised of the aforementioned specific progress achieved by public and / or private actors that contribute to the well-being of their border population. Data collection methods include documentary and case analysis. The research is based on the qualitative approach and the following analysis methods are used: deductive, inductive, analytical, synthetic, exegetical and historical. In this sense, through this work, significant advances were found, such as the implementation of border observatories and universities, and border planning. On this basis, regulatory extensions are proposed, through 9 articles of the aforementioned CFPE Regulations, with a view that, in this way, the referred actions are implemented on the Peruvian-Ecuadorian border. The most important conclusion is that successful experiences with and among other States are a valuable source of regulatory improvement.
