The main objective of this thesis is to verify and reaffirm the efficiency of the structure when using a porticado in the presence of an earthquake. A building destined to be a medical post I2 was taken, located in the town center of Tuluce, province of Huancabamba, department of Piura. This building will be built on a total area of 330 m2 and have a covered area of 306.20 m2. The building has 3 floors intended for public health care. The chosen structural system is the aporticado System, which is made up of frames. For the floors, lightened slabs of H = 20 cm were used in one direction only, which were used with a rigid diaphragm per level. For the base, he settled for a foundation called the Foundation Beam. All the parameters specified by the E.030 Standard in the RNE were used for the structural system analysis provided by the National Building Regulations (RNE). The ETABS 2016.2.0 program was used for modeling and analysis of the building. And the foundation was made by the three-node finite element method. We used the SAFE 2016 program, and it was verified using spreadsheets. The design of the structure was carried out considering the parameters of the RNE Standard E.060, which gives us controlled displacements as a result. Criteria on seismic protection systems were used so that the use of this theory becomes common, as it is already done abroad
