The objective of this study is to determine the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of health personnel with COVID-19 at the first level of care in northern Lima. Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out with health sector workers with Covid-19 belonging to first-level care facilities of the DIRIS - North Lima. The data collection form was completed by reviewing the data recorded in the integrated COVID-19 system (SICOVID). Finally, a descriptive statistical analysis was carried out, calculating the relative and absolute frequencies. Results: The prevalence of positive cases for COVID-19 in the first level of care was 1112 (25.3%). Of these, 71.7% are women, with an average age of 41 years. Regarding the affected professions, 30.5% of cases correspond to professionals who were not in direct contact with patients with Covid-19. While the technical nursing staff, nurses and doctors are represented by 23.1%; 14.8% and 11.3% respectively. The most frequent symptoms are: sore throat (60.9%), headache (58.7%) and cough (55.8%). In addition, about 95.6% of patients presented mild symptoms and 10.1% had at least one comorbidity at the time of diagnosis. Conclusion: There is a high prevalence of health personnel with COVID-19 from the first level of care in northern Lima. The most frequent symptoms in first level care health personnel are: sore throat, headache and cough. Obesity, asthma, and high blood pressure are the main comorbidities
