This thesis entitled ““IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IPERC MATRIX, SAFE WORK STANDARD AND EMERGENCY PLAN IN A PROJECT TO IMPROVE A NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD IN JAÉN, CAJAMARCA““, prepared by the high school graduates Armas Franco Jesse Joe and Chuquimia Bieli-Bianchi Kenti Marcelo, advised by Ing. Jorge Antonio Vega Benites, specialist in the research area. The main objective is to implement an Iperc matrix, safe work standard and emergency plan in a neighborhood road improvement project in Jaén, Cajamarca. The population of the investigation are all the projects that are being executed in the department of Cajamarca and the sample to be investigated is in the improvement project of a local road between the Cruce Puente and the Cruce Lanchema in Jaén, Cajamarca where the matrix will be implemented. Iperc, safe work standard and emergency plan. We identify the dangers and risks of different activities that will be carried out in the project items through a format created by the thesis students solely for research. These activities are Mobilization and Demobilization of Equipment, Maintenance of temporary traffic and road safety, Access to Dme quarries, Water source plants, Excavation for leveling, Profiling and compacting in the cutting zone, Soil improvement, Cleaning of channeling channels, Excavation for Structures in dry common material, Demolition of structures, Filling for structures with own material, Concrete class c (f'c=280 kg/cm2), Formwork and stripping, Reinforcing steel, Granular sub-base (with own material), Base granular, asphalt primer, slurry seal e= 10mm. Finally, we will analyze and evaluate these identified risks in order to propose control measures to mitigate their consequences. Subsequently, we will prepare the Iperc matrix proposal, a safe work standard for the project items and an emergency plan
