This research work was conducted in order to propose a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 in order to increase customer satisfaction in the company JS Consulting S.A.C., which is dedicated to providing training services to companies in the industrial and mining sector for the control of critical risks. In order to achieve this purpose, a current situational analysis was carried out through satisfaction surveys that were applied to customers and a Focus Group with the company's employees, as well as the EFE and EFI matrices, all these tools allowed to identify the opportunities, risks and deficiencies of the organization. Likewise, a checklist was used in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, in which a percentage of less than 50% of compliance was obtained, which showed the lack of commitment by the company with the quality assurance of its services and the level of compliance with the needs of its customers. Through the design of the QMS it was possible to define the processes, quality policy and objectives, as well as program formats and records that will serve the company for better organization and control, so that it can meet the expectations and requirements of its customers, increasing their satisfaction and subsequently their loyalty. Customer satisfaction was projected after the possible implementation of the Quality Management System in the event that the company JS Consulting so decides, raising the satisfaction of the coordinators to 93% and in the case of the workers to 91%, the minimum acceptable by the company being 80%. Finally, the implementation cost was determined to be 40,900 soles and consists of 7 stages
