The present investigation focused on the need to expand the powers of attorney of the Justice of the Peace in the transfer of movable and immovable property in Peru, in Law N° 29824 – Justice of Peace Law, due to the current regulation of vulnerability. Peace, for the purpose of the elaborated problem is summarized in the following statement: Are there legal and illegal grounds to expand the powers of attorney of the Justice of the Peace and so that it can intervene in the transfer of movable and immovable property in Peru? In order to arrive at the demonstration of our hypotheses, the general and special methods of law such as legal, dialectic, inductive and doctrinal hermeneutics have been applied, those who have a better understanding of the social legal reality approached and the appropriate procedure for the Data collection in the interview. In addition to this, this thesis contains a substantial theoretical framework that supports the investigation. All this, has allowed to prove the veracity of the hypotheses, as well as the sufficient foundations for the viability and the origin of the present investigation, united in the present time. The interviewees do not fully agree, nor in the jurisdictional sense as notarial. Finally, as regards the conclusions, the veracity of the hypotheses is shown.
