In this research, we take advantage of the use of tools for the process design and simulation applicable to the NSG Latinoamerica company, capable of working in other service companies aimed at the Information Technology sector, in particular we have used the BPM methodology to model the processes of the organization under study. For this, we propose indicators management and process files, as well as learning techniques that facilitate and optimize resources (human / material) when providing the service. Finally, a test environment based on the process approach is developed to measure the effectiveness of the system, simulating the effectiveness of the process through Aura Portal. This simulation allowed us to identify the shortcomings that produced the bottlenecks and, therefore, inefficiency in the processes. In addition, a parallel customer satisfaction analysis is carried out with the proposed scheme, allowing the performance of the system to be extrapolated to environments with different computing capacities / IT Services, which leads to a series of recommendations for the implementation of a management system by processes using the approach of the BPM Business Process Management model.
