The present investigation sought to determine the relationship that exists between the variables management of distribution and quality of customer service of Sedisa Talara in the year 2021. The same one that used a quantitative approach of a basic type, with a non-experimental, cut-off research design simple correlational cross- sectional. The data collection instruments were a questionnaire of 8 questions for distribution management and another of 17 questions for quality of customer service, the same ones that were demonstrated their content validity through the V coefficient of polytomic Aiken, with a result 0.80 and 0.81 for each instrument. For the reliability of these instruments, the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied, whose values were 0.755 for distribution management and 0.927 for the quality of customer service, which being greater than 0.7 showed that these instruments are reliable for your application. The population of this research was 151 customers and a convenience sample of 73 customers who made purchases during the period from January to July 2021. The main results were that 50.68% of those surveyed rated distribution management as medium and a 61.64% in average level to the quality of the service in this company. In addition, for the inferential analysis, Kendall's nonparametric Tau-b statistical test was applied, where a result (p-value) of 0.034 was obtained, the same as being less than 0.05, it showed that, if there is a relationship between the variables studied, the correlation coefficient also yielded a result of 0.247, which is why it was concluded that there is a relationship between distribution management and service quality.
