The objective of this research work was to carry out a pre-feasibility study to install an underground water production plant, for profitability purposes, in Namora-Cajamarca, a place that has the main raw material for the study, in addition to the conditions of water services, electricity, labor and other consideration criteria for the installation of a production plant for drums of water from the subsoil. The research is of a descriptive type, resulting in the market estimate of an unsatisfied demand of 1550817.79 liters, considering only 1.6% of the market corresponds to 24813.1 liters for the year 2023 and a location of the plant located in the Casa Blanca area of the district. Of Namora. place where the mineral water bottling plant is installed due to the availability mainly of the water that constantly emerges from the subsoil, in addition to the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the project that obtained a VANE of S/ 530224.767, VANF S/ 347088.767, EIRR 99.83% and a TIRF 48%, showing sustainability of the project, with a sensitivity analysis by reducing the sale price of the water drum of 10% and 15% even the project is sustainable and an analysis of positive and negative effects, due to the intervention of the project, which is positive with +3, so the project is favorable.
