Evaluación de las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de un concreto convencional, con aditivos superplastificantes de las marcas, Sika, Chema y Z aditivos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo realizar un análisis técnico comparativo a nivel de diseño estructural del concreto con aditivos superplastificantes de la marca Sika, Chema y Z aditivos. En el primer capítulo detalla la descripción del problema que se presenta en la obtención de un concreto de óptima calidad con la influencia de aditivos superplastificantes haciendo un análisis exhaustivo con los ensayos de laboratorio indicados, manifestamos también el objetivo general, objetivos específicos y justificación del proyecto del presente trabajo de investigación. En el segundo capítulo, se realiza una descripción de antecedentes de investigación y una definición de bases teóricas, relacionadas al proyecto de investigación, también podemos ver la hipótesis. En el tercer capítulo se detalla el tipo de investigación que representa la presente tesis también la línea de investigación al cual está orientada se detalla la variable dependiente como independiente, el alcance, se hace mención de las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos los cuales nos lleva a los procedimientos :diseño de mezcla que se menciona de forma teórica, elaboración de probetas, normas técnicas utilizadas, ensayo de resistencia y finalmente los resultados los cuales nos llevan a la discusión de resultados y el procesamiento de estos no da las conclusiones después de este proceso llegamos a las recomendaciones que se dan luego de analizar de manera óptima las recomendaciones. El cuarto y quinto capítulo por último presenta referencias, anexos (datos de diseño de mezcla, tiempo de fraguado, análisis estadísticos, análisis de costos y fotos del proceso experimental de la obtención de datos).

The present research work aims to carry out a comparative technical analysis at the structural design level of concrete with superplasticizer additives from Sika, Chema and Z additives. In the first chapter it details the description of the problem that occurs in obtaining a concrete of optimum quality with the influence of superplasticizer additives, making an exhaustive analysis with the indicated laboratory tests, we also state the general objective, specific objectives and justification of the project of this research work. In the third chapter, the type of research that this thesis represents is detailed, as well as the line of research to which it is oriented, the dependent variable is detailed as independent, the scope, mention is made of the data collection techniques and instruments which we leads to the procedures: mixture design that is mentioned in a theoretical way, preparation of specimens, technical standards used, resistance test and finally the results which lead us to the discussion of results and the processing of these does not give the conclusions after In this process we arrive at the recommendations that are given after optimally analyzing the recommendations. Finally, the third chapter presents references, annexes (mix design data, setting time, statistical analysis, cost analysis and photos of the experimental data collection process).
