El trabajo emocional en los docentes de la universidad nacional de Trujillo 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir el trabajo emocional en los docentes de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo 2020. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo simple y para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 287 colaboradores, se aplicó un muestreo probabilístico; asimismo la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario creado por los investigadores, asimismo validado por tres expertos en el tema y constó de 25 preguntas. Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa excell y se concluye que el trabajo emocional en los docentes de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo 2020 es regular porque no se tiene respuestas con 100 % de aceptación, así como de 0 % de rechazo. Asimismo, los factores positivos que más influyen el trabajo emocional de los docentes son la actitud para afrontar momentos difíciles, actitudes positivas a los estudiantes, no expresan sus sentimientos negativos y tiene un espíritu positivo y vital frente a las personas. Por último, los factores negativos que más influyen el trabajo emocional de los docentes son: sentimientos que no corresponden al momento, disimular situaciones que producen inseguridad, expresar emociones que no sienten y en algunos casos los estudiantes les desagradan.

The present research aims to describe the emotional work in the teachers of the National University of Trujillo 2020. A simple descriptive design was used and for it, a sample of 287 collaborators was worked, a probabilistic sampling was applied; also the technique is the survey and the instrument used is the questionnaire created by the researchers, also validated by three experts in the subject and it consisted of 25 questions. The results were processed in the excell program and it is concluded that the emotional work in the professors of the National University of Trujillo 2020 is regular because there are not answers with 100% of acceptance, as well as 0% of rejection. Likewise, the positive factors that most influence the emotional work of the teachers are the attitude to face difficult moments, positive attitudes to the students, they do not express their negative feelings and they have a positive and vital spirit in front of people. Finally, the negative factors that most influence the emotional work of teachers are: feelings that do not correspond to the moment, hiding situations that produce insecurity, expressing emotions that they do not feel and in some cases the students dislike them
