Last Planner System is one of the most useful tools that Lean Construction has to control variability in planning. That is, reduce unforeseen events and meet delivery deadlines. Likewise, it can be defined as a workflow method -used mostly in the Construction sector- that allows to increase the productivity and responsibility of the collaborators. Thus, achieving objectives such as; elimination of waste, continuous flow of work, opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and final customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research work is to implement the Last Planner System for the construction of the San Juan de Marcona Wind Farm, located in the district of San Juan de Marcona, Province of Nazca, Region of Ica. The research for its purpose is of an applicative type and according to the contrasting technique it is descriptive. The investigation was carried out in order to control the variability in the planning and execution of the works, for which the steps and tools of the Last Planner System were used, to begin with, the wind farm was divided into 23 sectors (one for each built wind turbine). Subsequently, a master schedule was carried out, an intermediate programming or look ahead, the restrictions were identified and managers were assigned, finally, weekly plans were prepared with which we obtained the percentages of progress executed with respect to the scheduled work, also called PPC (percentage of plan fulfilled)
