The main purpose of the study is project management based on Lean Construction to increase productivity in the execution of telecommunications nodes, La Libertad region. The study is applied, descriptive and non-experimental. This proposal considers as a study sample four execution items to which the Lean Construction philosophy will be applied for their respective analysis through descriptive methods based on the interpretation of their results. Finally, this research is considered an innovative proposal as it aims to increase productivity through control and monitoring of resources in each study item, thus allowing to provide the necessary tools for an adequate and original analysis that positively impacts construction. modern. It was found from the investigation that when applying the improvement proposals after analyzing the activities through balance letters, productivity was improved, having an increase of 13.26% in the TP, a decrease of 1.53% in the TC, being the result more outstanding than the non-contributory jobs were reduced by 11.74%. From what was found, it was evidenced that the application of the Lean Construction methodology and the improvement proposals allow to increase the productivity of the construction projects
