Abstract: El presente estudio, tuvo como objetivo determinar la diferencia de la
resiliencia entre estudiantes de psicología de una universidad del norte del
Perú, según sede. Esta investigación es de tipo sustantiva, con un diseño
descriptivo-comparativo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 233 estudiantes
de psicología del IX y X ciclo, de una universidad del norte del Perú, en las
sedes de Piura y Trujillo. Se empleó como instrumento de recolección de
datos la Escala de resiliencia, de los autores Wagnild, G. y Young, H. Se
obtuvo como resultado, que no existió diferencias estadísticamente
significativas (p>0.05) del nivel de resiliencia entre estudiantes de psicología
de una universidad del norte del Perú, según sede. Como conclusión, no se
encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre ambas
varianzas de las sedes Piura y Trujillo.
The present study aims to determine the difference in resilience among psychology students at a university in northern Peru, according to location. This research is substantive, with a descriptive-comparative design. The sample was made up of 233 psychology students from the IX and X cycle, from a university in northern Peru, at the campuses of Piura and Trujillo. The Resilience Scale, by the authors Wagnild, G. Young, H. was used as a data collection instrument. The result was that there were no statistically significant differences (p>0.05) in the level of resilience between psychology students from a university of northern Peru, according to location. In conclusion, no statistically significant differences were found between both variances of the Piura and Trujillo locations.
