Relación entre el nivel de adaptación al teletrabajo y nivel de satisfacción laboral de la empresa editora la Industria de Trujillo 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de adaptación al teletrabajo y el nivel de satisfacción laboral en la Empresa Editora La Industria de Trujillo, 2021. La población estudiada estuvo conformada por 33 teletrabajadores de la empresa Editora La Industria de Trujillo. El tipo de investigación utilizada fue descriptiva correlacional y la técnica usada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta que estuvo validada por expertos. Las conclusiones más resaltantes de esta investigación señalaron que existe una relación directa y significativa entre el nivel de adaptación al teletrabajo y el nivel de satisfacción laboral en la Editora La Industria de Trujillo, comprobada por la prueba estadística Tau-b = 0.696, p < 0.01) por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la nula, esto equivale a que una adaptación al teletrabajo medio se asocia a un nivel medio de satisfacción laboral.

The present investigation, had as general objective to determine the relation that exists between the level of adaptation to the telework and the level of labor satisfaction in the company Editora La Industria de Trujillo, 2021. The population studied consisted of 33 teleworkers of the company Editora La Industria de Trujillo.The type of research used was descriptive correlational and the technique used for data collection was the survey that was validated by experts and consisted of 40 questions to evaluate both study variables. The most outstanding conclusions of this research indicated that there is a direct and significant relationship between the level of adaptation to telework and the level of job satisfaction in the Editora La Industria de Trujillo, proven by the statistical test Tau-b = 0.696, p < 0.01) therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected, this is equivalent to that an adaptation to medium telework is associated with a medium level of job satisfaction
