Marco de trabajo basado en la metodología ONTARGET y LEAN para el proceso de negocio de revisión de tesis de la escuela de posgrado Ingeniería UPAO, año 2020

Abstract

En la escuela de posgrado de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en su proceso de admisión marzo 2018 comparado con el del marzo 2019 obtuvo un crecimiento de 20%, a razón que el nivel de competitividad de acceder a un puesto labor es cada vez más alto; este crecimiento en porcentaje de alumnos que cursan una maestría origino que el registro de tesis aumente dando lugar a que la escuela de posgrado de la UPAO tengan la necesidad de reducir el tiempo de evaluación de los informes finales de tesis, teniendo como problema ¿cómo gestionar el proceso de negocio de revisión de tesis de la Escuela de Posgrado sección Ingeniería de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego el año 2020? La presente investigación propone un marco de trabajo basado en la metodología OnTarget y Lean para el proceso de negocio de revisión de tesis de la Escuela de Posgrado Ingeniería UPAO año 2020; por consiguiente presenta los objetivos específicos de Investigar y analizar la Metodología OnTarget y Lean, mediante revisión bibliográfica; Elaborar el marco de trabajo basado en la metodología OnTarget y Lean; Desarrollar el marco de trabajo para el proceso de negocio de revisión de tesis de la Escuela de Posgrado. La evaluación de la propuesta del marco de trabajo basado en la metodología ontarget y Lean se realizó a través de juicio de expertos, para lo cual primero se validó el nivel de confiabilidad de los expertos mediante el coeficiente de alfa de cronbach obteniendo el valor de 0.7, a continuación, se determinó el promedio de aceptación a juicio de expertos en el rango del 1 al 5, de las interrogantes a cada experto; obteniendo el resultado promedio de 4. Para la contrastar la hipótesis se realizará través del método pre-prueba y post-prueba, con la validez de los indicadores que operacionalizan las variables de la hipótesis, obteniendo con las pruebas no paramétricas de chi-cuadrado en el tiempo de espera/actividad respectivamente un p-valor < 0,05 con lo cual se rechaza la hipótesis parcial nula, afirmando que sí se existe un nivel de rendimiento significativo en la satisfacción del tiempo de espera/actividad del proceso de negocio de revisión de tesis.

This research proposes a framework based on the Ontarget and Lean methodology for the thesis review business process of the UPAO Graduate School of Engineering in 2020; therefore it presents the specific objectives of Investigating and analyzing the ontarget and Lean Methodology, by means of a bibliographic review; Develop the framework based on the Ontarget and Lean methodology; Develop the framework for the Graduate School thesis review business process. The evaluation of the framework proposal based on the ontarget and Lean methodology was carried out through expert judgment, for which first the level of reliability of the experts was validated through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining the value of 0.7 Next, the average acceptance in the opinion of experts was determined in the range from 1 to 5, of the questions to each expert; obtaining the average result of 4. To contrast the hypothesis, it will be carried out through the pre-test and post-test method, with the validity of the indicators that operationalize the variables of the hypothesis, obtaining with the non-parametric chi-square tests in the waiting time / activity respectively a p value <0.05 with which the null partial hypothesis is rejected, affirming that there is a significant level of performance in the satisfaction of the waiting time / activity of the review business process thesis
