Uso del Sistema ERP Sprinter y el Proceso de compras en la empresa KVC CONTRATISTAS SAC en Trujillo 2023

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este estudio fue analizar la relación entre el uso del sistema ERP Sprinter y el proceso de compras en una empresa del sector inmobiliario en Trujillo, Perú, durante el año 2023. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal, con un diseño no experimental. Se recopilaron datos a través de instrumentos validados y altamente confiables, aplicados a una muestra de 50 colaboradores. Los resultados obtenidos, respaldados por pruebas estadísticas significativas (p < 0,001; rho Spearman = 0,850), confirmaron la existencia de una relación significativa entre el uso del ERP Sprinter y el proceso de compras. Estos hallazgos coincidieron con las percepciones positivas de los participantes en el estudio. Se concluyó que el ERP Sprinter gestiona de manera eficiente las actividades de compras, mejorando tanto la comunicación interna como externa en la empresa. Sin embargo, se identificó una limitación en la falta de antecedentes teóricos y empíricos comparables. Como recomendación, se sugiere que la empresa objeto de estudio refuerce el software Sprinter para potenciar el proceso de compras, respaldar decisiones, incrementar la rentabilidad y fortalecer la competitividad en el mercado inmobiliario.

The main objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between the use of the Sprinter ERP system and the purchasing process in a company in the real estate sector in Trujillo, Peru, during the year 2023. The methodology used was descriptive and transversal, with a non-experimental design. Data was collected through validated and highly reliable instruments, applied to a sample of 50 collaborators. The results obtained, supported by significant statistical tests (p < 0.001; Spearman rho = 0.850), confirmed the existence of a significant relationship between the use of the Sprinter ERP and the purchasing process. These findings were consistent with the positive perceptions of study participants. It was concluded that the ERP Sprinter efficiently manages purchasing activities, improving both internal and external communication in the company. However, a limitation was identified in the lack of comparable theoretical and empirical background. As a recommendation, it is suggested that the company under study strengthen the Sprinter software to enhance the purchasing process, support decisions, increase profitability and strengthen competitiveness in the real estate market.
