Instituto superior tecnológico público Cesar Augusto Guardia Mayorga de coracora - Ayacucho

Abstract

Se trata de una investigación teórico-conceptual y referencial programática, en relación al diagnóstico situacional del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público Cesar Augusto Guardia Mayorga en el Distrito de Coracora, Provincia de Parinacochas - Ayacucho, el cual no cuenta con una óptima y adecuada oferta educativa en la prestación de sus servicios (déficit de talleres, laboratorios especializados, aulas, ambientes complementarios, etc.), además de encontrarse en un terreno de riesgo y vulnerabilidad a sufrir desbordes y agrietamientos, por estar ubicado dentro de la zona intangible del Rio Santa Barbara de Coracora. Siendo un peligro latente para la población estudiantil al ser construido de material rustico y paneles prefabricados, que presentan rajaduras en pisos, paredes y techos. El ISTP además de ser único en la provincia de Parinacochas, y contar con una precaria infraestructura obliga a la población demandante a buscar más y mejores opciones educativas fuera de Parinacochas, lo cual genera problemas de coyuntura socio-económica, al cumplir un rol muy importante en la educación y formación de profesionales técnicos, a través de las carreras que ofrece. Por lo antes mencionado se propone un nuevo terreno ubicado en el Barrio Chocñopampa, cerca al terreno actual del Instituto, cumpliendo con los criterios de accesibilidad, servicios básicos, zona de expansión y sin riesgo. El terreno cuenta con un área de 13, 296.63 m2, siendo de tipología “EDUCACIÓN”, perteneciente al colegio 9 de diciembre, el cual tiene fines de uso recreativo y deportivo. El objetivo principal del proyecto es contribuir al desarrollo y calidad de aprendizaje de los jóvenes estudiantes, a través de una infraestructura que permita optimizar de forma eficiente las funciones académicas, administrativas y recreativas, además de contribuir en el desarrollo socio económico y cultural de la ciudad. 2 Para la definición del programa de servicios demandado, se tomó en cuenta como estudio de casos: Escuela Bancaria Y Comercial Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Ags., México y la Escuela Primaria En Gando Burkina Faso 2001, Arq. Diébédo Francis Kéré. Asimismo, se tuvo en cuenta el Proyecto de Inversión Pública, Código SNIP N°372298 “Mejoramiento del Servicio Educativo en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Publico Cesar Augusto Guardia Mayorga del distrito de Coracora, Provincia de Parinacochas, departamento de Ayacucho” (marzo 2017). Además de estudios antropométricos y normas específicas sectoriales, de diversas fuentes bibliográficas a fin de complementar el programa arquitectónico del proyecto de tesis.

It refers to a theoretical-conceptual and referential pragmatic investigation, in relation to a situational diagnose of the Public Technological Superior Institute Cesar Augusto Guardia Mayorga in the district of Coracora, Province of Parinacochas- Ayacucho, which does not have an optimal nor correct educational offer in their facilities (lack of workshops, specialized laboratories, rooms, complementary rooms, etc.) On top of that, it is located in a risky area with potential DESBORDES Y agrietamientos. The land is located in the current intangible area of Rio Santa Barbara de Coracora, which is a constant danger to the student population due to its rustic construction and prefabricated panels, with problems in the floors, walls and ceilings. The ISTP is the only facility in the providence of Parinacochas with a deficient facility, forcing the population to search for more and better educational offers outside Parinacochas. This develops social and economic problems as it fulfills an important role in the education of technical professionals of the careers they offer. Regarding all the elements mentioned before, we propose the development of a new facility located in the Barrio of Chocñopampa. In close proximity to the current location of the Institute, the new institute will fulfill the criteria of accessibility, basic services, expansion of the area and no risk. The lot has an area of 13, 296.63 m2, type ““EDUCATIONAL““ part of the school 9 of December, which has a recreational and sportive use. The main objective of the project is to contribute to the development and quality of learning of the young students, through an infrastructure that allows them to efficiently optimize the academic functions, administrative and recreational, and to contribute to the cultural and economical development of the city.
