Liderazgo Transformacional y Desempeño Docente en el nivel inicial de las Instituciones Educativas del distrito de Trujillo – 2022

Abstract

En la presente investigación titulada “Liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño docente en el nivel inicial las instituciones educativas del distrito de Trujillo – 2022” tiene por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño docente en nivel inicial de las instituciones educativas del distrito de Trujillo – 2022. El tipo de investigación es básica, con diseño descriptivo – correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 104 docentes y directores de tres, cuatro y cinco años de 14 instituciones educativas del distrito de Trujillo, 2022. La técnica de la investigación fue la observación y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, que consta de 34 ítems el cuestionario de Liderazgo transformacional y de 38 ítems el cuestionario de Desempeño Docente. Tras la validación por juicio de expertos y la contrastación con el estadístico V de Aiken, los resultados mostraron la existencia de una correlación positiva significativa moderada entre el liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño docente. Al obtener un coeficiente de Rho= .489**, con un nivel de significancia de (rho=.489; p<.01). Se concluye que, existe una relación significativa directa entre las variables de investigación del Liderazgo transformacional y Desempeño docente en nivel inicial de las instituciones educativas del distrito de Trujillo – 2022.

The present research entitled “Transformational leadership and teaching performance at the initial level in the educational institutions of the district of Trujillo - 2022“ aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and teaching performance in teachers at the initial level of an educational institution in Trujillo - 2022. The type of research is basic, with a descriptive-correlational design. The sample consisted of 104 teachers and principals of three, four and five years of 14 educational institutions in the district of Trujillo, 2022. The research technique was observation and the instrument used was the questionnaire, consisting of 34 items in the Transformational Leadership questionnaire and 38 items in the Teaching Performance questionnaire. After validation by expert judgment and contrasted with the Aiken V statistic, the results showed the existence of a moderate significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and teaching performance. By obtaining a coefficient of Rho= .489**, with a significance level of (rho=.489; p<.01). It is concluded that there is a direct significant relationship between the research variables of transformational leadership and teaching performance in early childhood teachers in an educational institution in Trujillo - 2022
