The present research work was developed due to the problems presented by the drinking water and sewage system in the study area, since they do not have both systems, causing the residents to have difficulties, because the water supply is product of transport from different nearby sources (rivers, springs, streams and/or canals). Regarding sanitation, there is no adequate excreta evacuation system, the population carries out its physiological needs in blind wells and others in the open field, which promotes the proliferation of diseases. The pertinent field studies were carried out, such as field verification of the number of lots and the direction in which they would drain, the projected population was calculated under all parameters. For this reason, a topographic survey of all sectors was first carried out. identifying each home for the placement of its UBS, in the same way did the soil study in all sectors to verify the type of soil and the filtration. Likewise, a study of soil mechanics was carried out, thus knowing the characteristics of the soil texture and a study of the quality of the soil was developed water knowing its physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics. Finally, it was verified that all calculations comply with the standards and thus achieve a good optimal design for people
