This thesis has been prepared to meet the need of the company INKA AGRI RESOURCES S.A.C. to have its own warehouse with the necessary storage capacity in view of the growth in the demand for chemical fertilizers with respect to previous years. A design of the company's new warehouse was developed to increase its storage capacity, based on the current situation of the ATSAC III warehouse, which outsources the company with all the storage service included, in which there is no design or distribution of the products limiting their storage capacity. For the design, it was determined that the most appropriate storage system is block storage by obtaining the highest score by applying the weighted factors method, aimed at non-palletized products since they occupy 0.08 m2 less space per ton and saves annually S / 16.53 per ton in logistics costs. In addition, the best distribution of the areas of the warehouse was made based on the affinity of the activities through the relational diagram of spaces and the distribution of the products in the storage area of the finished product taking into account the compatibility between fertilizers and their sales rates, where 13.51% of the products belong to class A, 11.38% to class B and 64.87% to class C. It was obtained as a result that, with the new warehouse design, storage capacity increases by 26.31%. Finally, it was considered as an indicator of economic profitability with the purpose of demonstrating the feasibility of this research work, based on this, the economic evaluation of the project was carried out using the income statement and cash flow, which obtained a VAN of S / 15,009,156.68 and an IRR of 205.21% demonstrating the economic profitability of the design proposal.
