The project: “Interprovincial and Regional Passenger Land Terminal for the City of Pucallpa“, is an infrastructure that motivated us to propose, due to the growing demand for transportation of services; whose problem is one of great proportions that our country suffers; and seeing the lack of this infrastructure in the city of Pucallpa due to the high demand of passengers, population increase, deterioration of the urban area and the high costs of air transport. We propose a Terminal that will count with the different Transport activities at the Interprovincial as well as the Regional level; this project would bring a better control of the Land Transport activity, rationalization services level and a great contribution in the development of this city. The current land destined by the Provincial Municipality of Coronel Portillo, is in an area of urban expansion, having an area of 2.31ha and having a perimeter of 641 ml. The conceptualization of the project is under the concepts of “Hierarchy and Fluidity“, under these two concepts is that it develops and generate solutions to the problems of a building of these characteristics, to satisfy the needs of the user, developer and city itself. This proposal is based on the architectural variables such as form, function, structure, context, as well as the environmental and technological variable, which is very important for the elaboration of design of this project.
