Today Peru and the other countries were affected by the global pandemic called Covid 19, the lack of application of methodologies and tools, which caused productivity to be affected. Everything leads us to fail to meet project delivery dates, construction quality and costs. The main objective of this thesis entitled ““IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PERIMETER FENCE UNDER THE LEAN CONSTRUCTION PHILOSOPHY IN THE DISTRICT OF SULLANA““ was to determine the influence of the Application of the Lean Construction Philosophy for the improvement of productivity of the construction of a perimeter fence in the district of Sullana.
