Many companies nowadays generate large amounts of information about their production processes, operational performance, markets and customers. And increasingly use social networks as a platform to offer their products and services, however and because of the proliferation of various tools, concepts and large blocks of information, they are difficult to identify with certainty the various Demographic, professional or economic patterns of your target audience or potential customers. The benefit of using Data Mining is in the possibility of raising the levels of competition of the business, through the processing and extraction of the information that really is important. Helping to know better the client, his current and future needs, being able to predict what will be his reactions to the changes that occur in the offer. One of the main problems that arises in the organization is the ignorance of the advantages that Data Mining brings to the search and extraction of knowledge in large volumes of historical information. Another is however the lack of relevant information regarding the data that are collected of the services that are offered and the preferences or interests of the potential clients that visit their fanpage. As well as the absence of an indicator for the planning of events by festivals, according to a prediction to future. At present, and due to the scarce statistical information available regarding hotel companies and data analysis levels during tourist season seasons, we have considered it necessary to estimate the following: From a total of 83 hotels In the city of Trujillo, 75% of these have only one website, this means that the data they extract are few or less relevant for the identification of patterns of consumption or behavior of visitors, in turn, 71% Of these in addition to a web page also have a FanPage which allows them to guide the offer of their services according to the season in which they are and collect data of preferences or interests of users browsing their social networks. Additionally, only 14% have installed the Google Analytics software, which allows them to collect not only information from their social networks but also demographic information, social networks, most consulted content, channels of capture and other data of visitors to your site Web, which denotes collection of historical data to obtain information similar to the use of Data Mining Techniques. That is why companies in the tourism sector use many associated services, where they do not have information on which of these services are the most profitable or with greater demand, since the tourism sector focuses its strategies based on seasons, that is why It is necessary to anticipate the demand in order to optimize the use of resources.
