The objective of this investigation is to analyze the distribution logistics process and the operations management of the Hayduk Fishing company of the Coishco headquarters in the year 2022, since it is limited that the delimitation of the processes and indicators allow control and analysis. more precise information about the activities they carry out during their distribution logistics process. This research is of the non experimental descriptive type of mixed approach, the population is the company Pesquera Hayduk, Coishco headquarters and the sample is made up of the records belonging to the logistics and operations area belonging to it, from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022. As data collection techniques, the interview and the observation sheets were obtained, which were validated through expert judgment and content validation respectively. What was obtained as a result is that in the complete process of distribution logistics and operations management, 4 sub- processes can be identified, each one covering a series of activities belonging to them. These threads begin with production, storage, distribution and transportation, and finally delivery to the customer; being these measured through indicators of storage capacity, distribution channels, effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and quality. The main conclusion was that the holistic process of distribution logistics and operations management presents 4 main sub-processes, which, according to the indicators, have presented variations during the year 2020 to 2023 studied, taking into account the contextual factor of the pandemic. Even so, as evidenced by the indicators, these have remained at manageable figures and percentages for the company
