The main objective of this investigation is to determine the incidence of the improvement proposal in the processes of the warehouse area to increase the utility of the company Fenix Maquinarias S.A.C. 2019. To carry out the research, a pre-experimental study method and descriptivecorrelational and propositional design were applied to determine the causes of the problem that exists between the dependent and independent variables, in order to propose an improvement that optimizes warehousing operations for the organization. On the other hand, from the data collected in the study, it was possible to evaluate and propose the following improvement tools: reception, distribution and storage methodology, product coding, warehouse distribution, warehouse management control and cycle counting or ABC, which will effectively develop the operations of the organization. Finally, after analyzing the two variables under study, it was possible to establish that warehouse management indeed influences the usefulness of the institution, due to that fact, adequate management methods were used in the development of manufacturing operations so that the organization becomes efficient and able to accomplish the proposed objectives in the short and long term.
