The purpose of this work is to implement the Last Planner System in activities of the Chilota-Chincune, Moquegua, drive line and storage system work. In construction projects there are delay problems according to schedule, that is to say that there are planning problems and sometimes the contract conditions are renegotiated and they are not able to see and detect the problems that are causing the delays, the way in which They usually plan, establish control mechanisms, determine the Gantt chart and are able to estimate the duration of each of the activities and determine the precedence relationship and that is where the weakness of traditional programming lies because many of these assumptions never come to fruition. compliance and critical activities are neglected, inefficient use of resources is made because there is no information and attempts are made to make progress as possible and finally ends in a bad result, which is not expected; Well, basically that will be described in the case study: project, transform traditional planning into Lean planning through the Last Planner planning system. In this project the main problems that were found are planning, monitoring and progress control, which led to a poor anticipation of possible problems With the completed analysis of all the problems that occurred with a subsequent diagnosis, shortcomings in the current planning process were found. For this reason, the use of the LPS with an intermediate programming of four weeks duration and weekly programming was proposed
