The general objective of this research work is to determine how the application of the Last Planner System will improve the productivity of the construction process for the rehabilitation of the Bado Manpac irrigation canal, district of Aija, province of Aija - Ancash. And the general hypothesis that was verified was The application of Last Planner will significantly improve the productivity of the construction process in the Rehabilitation of the Bado Manpac Irrigation Channel, District of Aija - Ancash. The research method is applicative with a pre-experimental research level with a longitudinal character. The sample is made up of all the games of the Bado Manpac de Aija channel project. For this, data collection techniques such as observation and documentary analysis were used that helped in the observation processing in the Excel software, where percentage information, graphs, diagrams and tables could be obtained. As a result, it was obtained that the application of the Last Planner System improved the productivity of the construction process in the Works of the Bado Manpac channel in Aija. One of the results obtained was that the average Keep Promises Plan (PPC) was 83%, so it can be concluded that there is an improvement in productivity and control of the progress of the execution of the work. Likewise, the analysis of project restrictions was carried out, in order to be honest or hit on the possible difficulties or restrictions that would arise during the execution of the project. Likewise, the person responsible for monitoring the restrictions by activities was designated to lift the greatest number of restrictions, in order to comply with the weekly plan presented. It was concluded that applying the Last Planner System improved the productivity of the construction process of the Bado Manpac Aija Canal. The company Consorcio Monserrat was recommended to continue with the application of the LPS methodology in its following projects in order to reduce costs and improve the time of compliance with execution deadlines.
