The objective of the research was to determine how the execution of public investment project budgets affects the quality of services, District Municipality of Parcoy, period 2020-2021. The study was of non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational. The sample consisted of 376 inhabitants. A questionnaire and a registration form were used as instruments for both variables. The results obtained showed that the evaluation of the level of execution of public investment project budgets was rated as a contemplative category according to 56% of the citizens. Likewise, the level of quality of services was evaluated, with 47% standing out in the proactive category. It was also shown that the indicators of the execution of public investment project budgets have an impact on the quality of services. In addition, according to the variation of the execution of public investment budgets in 2020 and 2021 has increased, being greater the variation in Education and Culture with 19%, in general, it increased by 7%. It concluded that, the execution of public investment project budgets has an impact on improving the quality of services of the District Municipality of Parcoy, as obtained in Spearman's Rho = 0.801 and p = 0.000 lower than 0.05, therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted.
