Propuesta en gestion de calidad aplicando el PMBOK para optimizar los expedientes tecnicos en la Constructora Construcciones y Servicios Generales Michiplot SAC - Chiclayo

Abstract

La tesis tuvo como finalidad proponer un modelo de gestión de calidad para la elaboración de expedientes técnicos para la constructora y servicios generales “MICHIPLOT”, para que se puedan realizar de la mejor manera con el mínimo o casi nulo de errores que tendría producto de la parte técnica (Ingenieros, arquitectos, técnicos) o recursos que se requieran para hacer un entregable completo y de una buena calidad. Con ayuda al Project Management Institute tomando en referencia la sexta edición de la Guía de los Fundamentos, que nos dará las nociones básicas, procesos, herramientas y técnicas que la empresa requiera para realizar un entregable (expediente técnico) impecable sin errores, ya sea para entidades públicas o privadas, según lo requieran los servicios de la empresa. Según éste se aplicó la gestión de calidad según sus procesos de la planificación, aseguramiento y control. Los expedientes técnicos tienen que estar sin errores y tener compatibilización de los planos y de cada componente para que a la hora que ya se ejecute no se esté preguntando al proyectista que en este caso sería la empresa MICHIPLOT, que falta algo, que no se entiende o falta compatibilización de expediente técnico. Para aplicar el modelo de gestión de calidad se aplicaron encuesta a los trabajadores, arquitectos e ingenieros involucrados acerca del tema y como lo aplican, en caso de no aplicar la calidad según su empresa, con el modelo que se va a proponer les daría una gestión de calidad de sus expedientes técnicos más óptimo y tendría más contratos para la realización de nuevos expedientes técnicos.

The purpose of the thesis was to propose a quality management model for the preparation of technical files for the construction and general services “MICHIPLOT“, so that they can be carried out in the best way with the minimum or almost zero errors that would result from the technical part (engineers, architects, technicians) or resources required to make a complete and good quality deliverable. With the help of the Project Management Institute, taking into account the sixth edition of the Guide to Fundamentals for Project Management (PMBOK, 2017), it will give us the basic notions, processes, tools and techniques that the company requires to carry out a deliverable (technical file) impeccable without errors, either for public or private entities, as required by the services of the company. According to this, quality management was applied according to its planning, assurance and control processes. The technical files must be error-free and have the compatibility of the plans and each component so that at the time it is already executed, the designer is not being asked what in this case would be the MICHIPLOT company, something is missing, which is not understood or lack of compatibility of technical file. To apply the quality management model, a survey was applied to the workers, architects and engineers involved on the subject and how they apply it, if they do not apply quality according to their company, with the model that is going to be proposed it would give them a management of the most optimal quality of your technical files and you would have more contracts to carry out new technical files.
