Asignación de tránsito a la red de transporte de la ciudad de Trujillo, como mejora a la planificación vial sostenible

Abstract

La presente Tesis de asignación de tránsito a la red de Transporte de la Ciudad de Trujillo, como mejora a la Planificación vial sostenible, es un aporte importante para procesos de planificación tanto en ejecución de infraestructura nueva, así como modernizaciones o mejoras en la infraestructura vial, habiendo aplicado método del conjunto activo y el método del costo generalizado del transporte en donde se aplicó para nuestras redes regionales en las vías para aporte en su planificación. El método aplicado a las redes urbanas del transporte en nuestra ciudad, sabiendo que la infraestructura vial en nuestro medio de las zonas habitadas y urbanas, como necesidad de servicio para los usuarios, no estando presente esas semejanzas en el transporte interurbano. El segundo método donde se toma en cuenta las variables del tiempo y la distancia de proceso de recorrido en la vía, considerando la infraestructura real donde circulan los vehículos de los diferentes sectores que se integra las redes regionales de las vías de nuestras carreteras. Nuestro aporte es proporcionar a los responsables de planificación y programación de inversiones viales, la toma de daciones adecuadas con las necesidades de la población necesita, cuya planificación se realiza con utilización de metodologías y herramientas para permitir realizar estudios de pre inversión y así poder realizar una justificación beneficio costo de los programas de inversión a realizarse, siendo la justificación económica factor importante en la toma de decisiones. Las informaciones tomadas para la realización de la tesis se integraron para el año 2019, habiéndose realizado estimaciones de costos para este año.

This thesis of allocation of traffic to the transport network of the City of Trujillo, as an improvement to sustainable road planning, is an important contribution to planning processes both in the execution of new infrastructure, as well as modernizations or improvements in road infrastructure, having applied the active set method and the generalized transport cost method where it was applied for our regional networks in the ways to contribute in its planning. The method applied to urban transport networks in our city, knowing that the road infrastructure in our area of urban and inhabited areas, as a need for service for users, not being similarities in interurban transport. The second method where you take into account the variables of time and distance of the route process in the road, considering the real infrastructure where the vehicles of the different sectors that integrate the regional networks of the roads of our roads. Our contribution is to provide those responsible for planning and programming of road investments, the taking of adequate dations with the needs of the population needs, whose planning is carried out with the use of methodologies and tools to allow pre-investment studies and thus be able to carry out a justification cost benefit of the investment programs to be carried out, being the economic justification an important factor in the decision making. The information taken for the realization of the thesis was integrated for the year 2019, having made cost estimates for this year.
