In this research, the problem of occupying arid areas never before planted due to lack of water was analyzed. These areas are located at higher levels with respect to the irrigation canal, with the aim of seeing the development of the vine variety (Red Globe) according to the climate, soil, pests and diseases that may affect it because it is a new crop in the area, under a drip irrigation system in an area of 50 hectares. carried out at the L&F Agricultural Consortium farm located in the Chinecas project. The research work was in a Quantitative – Analytical – Non- Experimental way, starting with a topographic survey in the water catchment, then the energization of the farm was carried out with a voltage of (440 volts). Likewise, an exclusive irrigation design for vine cultivation was planned and elaborated, considering all its variables, including fertilization and maintenance of the system. The agronomic design was made and 7 mm was obtained to cover the daily evapotranspiration with an irrigation capacity of 2.28 mm per hectare hour, with two lateral furrow irrigation with 1.6-liter hour drippers and a distance of 0.40 meters between drippers. The sheet replacement time was 3.06 hours. Its water velocity was considered 2 m/s. in secondary and main pipes. Water purification was handled by means of a settler, floating intakes and gravel filters. For the installation of the vine cultivation, Spanish-type vines were built with a height of 1.80 m. with an area of 4.36 hectares each. The distances between furrows were 3.50 m and 1.80 m between plants. The density was 1,587 plants per hectare. The road widths were designed with 12.00 for the main one and 6 m. for the inmates. It was concluded that the Red Globe variety on the Freedom rootstock proved to be a plant with good vigor, with tolerance to phylloxera and nematodes. Its organoleptic quality of the fruit met export standards with respect to size, color and soluble solids. The total cost of the project from the beginning to the first harvest was US$ 2’352,906.50
