The main objective of this research work was to propose a technical economic study of asset replacement in the company Danper Trujillo SAC that allows to determine its economic and financial viability with value generation. The study began with an economic and financial diagnosis using the company's financial statements and applying horizontal and vertical analysis methodologies of financial statements. The results were the determination of a 78% increase in the maintenance costs of the HEPRO machine for the year 2019-2020. In the phase of the development of the study, an analysis of costs and operating and financial expenses that would require the acquisition of the HEPRO asparagus peeling machine was carried out, for this the analysis of the relevant costs of the project was used, that is, based on the financial statements of the diagnosis phase, the financial statements proposed with the project were elaborated, varying only the items that are affected by the execution of the project. The results were positive in economic and financial terms with VALUES of the VANE and VANF of S/14 ́765,069.37 and S/ 13 ́117,497.91 respectively which indicates that the execution of the project generates economic and financial value to the company. Likewise, it was determined that the financing cost of the project was lower than the minimum rate of economic return of the project (TIRE=26.77%), likewise the opportunity cost of money in the market was lower than the minimum rate of return of the project (TIRF=27.12%) which demonstrates that the project is economically and financially viable.
