The present investigation entitled: “COVID-19 Campaign on the Facebook of the La Libertad Regional Government and its influence on vaccination behavior, Trujillo, 2021“, has as its main objective to determine the influence of the campaign against COVID-19 on Facebook of the Regional Government of La Libertad (GRLL) in the vaccination behavior of the inoculated and identify the level of assessment of the purpose and communication style of the campaign against COVID-19 on Facebook of the GRLL. The design is of a basic correlational explanatory type. The sample consisted of 384 followers of the Facebook page of the Regional Government of La Libertad (GRLL) to whom a questionnaire was applied as an instrument. Regarding the conclusions, it was found that there is a moderately significant influence between the GRLL's assessment of the campaign against COVID-19 on Facebook and vaccination behavior (0.547, p < .01). This conclusion derives from the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis: that the actions developed by the GRLL from its Facebook platform contributed to the specific modifications on vaccination, since official information and the use of digital channels were of great importance for the participants However, the informative and reactive communication style was negative for the assessment. While the level of vaccination behavior of those inoculated against COVID-19 was high. Confidence, information, attitude, self-care, and behavior had a positive influence, with confidence in official channels helping to clarify rumors and doubts about vaccination and its process. These factors positioned the study group, according to the Transtheoretical model in the stage of preparation - action and under the theory of innovations, in the early majority.
