Over the last 150 years, humanity has undergone a process of acceleration of changes, due to the evolution of knowledge. Therefore, the MYPE must have more capacity to innovate, where the intellectual capital reflects in the learning and adaptation organizations to adjust to world trends. This study was born from the frequent observation of the performance of the Mypes of TI's Trujillo 2019, and how they could improve their intangible value. Likewise, to better focus the idea to carry out this study, the theory held by Sdvenson & Malone (2017) was taken as a basis in relation to their theory of intellectual capital in Mypes and the generation of value. The methodology used, as indicated by Hernández, et al. (2014, p.136) the Inductive-Deductive-Synthetic method was obtained. The investigation has required the application of instruments, whose technique was the survey, which was applied to 65 workers. The instruments were previously validated by experts with experience in business and academic management. The results revealed that the incidence of intellectual capital in the generation of value was affirmative in 92%, however, 8% of those surveyed thought otherwise. Likewise, the human factor capital, structural capital and relational capital are decisive in the generation and transfer of knowledge in the IT Mypes of Trujillo with 95%. It was concluded that intellectual capital had a significant impact on the generation of value and knowledge transfer in the information technology Mypes of Trujillo 2019 with a high connection index of 0.865 (n: 65), with a significance level of less than 5%. .
