In the present investigation was identified that it is an area in development process which adjoins the urban area of the Paimas Alto locality, with respect to its roads, these are at the level of the trail with a water and drainage system. A large number of smaller vehicles circulate through here which visit the areas of the town and use them as a link to reach the neighboring areas. With regard to their homes, they are scattered in the area so they need a reorganization under the Urban Habilitation system. The main objective of this research is to carry out the geometric and structural design of the unpaved roads of the town, in order to provide a better service to the vehicles that circulate in this area, a better quality of life to the people who live in this town and above all open new opportunities to develop their economic activities since they will be able to connect and quickly reach other areas. In order to achieve our objectives, initially a topographic survey was prepared which allows us to acquire data from the area such as location, coordinates and elevations of the land and existing elements, in turn the study of soil mechanics was carried out; For this, it is necessary to take a sample, in this case we extracted 10 samples from different strategically points, after that a traffic study was also carried out with a manual count for 7 days for a period of 24 hours. Already having the data collected in the field, the work was carried out in the office which, thanks to the topographic survey, we were able to identify the important points of the area, prepare the plan of contour lines where it allows us to identify the elevations of the land. Regarding the study of soil mechanics, the granulometry, moisture content, soil limits (liquid, and plastic), modified Proctor and CBR were determined. Within this process, with the data obtained from the vehicle capacity, the Daily Traffic (TD), Weekly Traffic (TS), Average Daily Traffic Weekly (TPDS), Average Daily Annual Traffic (TPDA) for 0 years and for 10 years and calculation of equivalent axes. On the other hand, the hydrological and hydraulic study was also carried out in order to identify the degree of precipitation in the area and propose a system for evacuating surface water. Having all these previous data, the study area was designed geometrically, considering one road, two lanes, two directions, ditches, berms, gardens and sidewalks under the G.H 0.20 regulation Urban design components. At the same time, the rigid pavement was structurally designed, under the AASHTO 93 methodology, using the C.E 010 Urban Pavement regulation, which identified the pavement thickness. Finally, an urban authorization was carried out, proposing subdivision plans, reorganizing the area and defining contribution areas under the regulation T.H 010 on Urban Authorizations. In this way, our objectives were achieved.
