Estilos de socialización parental y agresividad en adolescentes de una institución educativa nacional de Cartavio, 2019

Abstract

Este estudio persiguió como objetivo primordial comprobar si existe relación entre los estilos de socialización parental con la agresividad, en menores en edad adolescente, de una institución educativa nacional de Cartavio, para ello, se hizo uso de la Escala de Estilos de Socialización Parental en la Adolescencia – ESPA 29 y el Cuestionario de Agresividad – AQ. Esta investigación gozó de un diseño de corte Transversal-Correlacional y una muestra constituida por 210 adolescentes (varones y mujeres) del 1° al 5° año de educación secundaria, que pertenecen a un colegio nacional de Cartavio. Se halló una correlación directa, altamente significativa (p<.01) de las dimensiones: Coerción/imposición de la figura paterna y Coerción/imposición de la figura materna con la Agresividad en los referidos adolescentes. Por el contrario, no hay presencia de una correlación significativa (p>.05) de las dimensiones Aceptación/implicación de la figura paterna y Aceptación/implicación de la figura materna con la Agresividad. Respecto, a la escala general de la agresividad, se halló que predomina el nivel intermedio.

This study pursued as primary objective to verify if there is a relationship between parental socialization styles with aggressiveness, in adolescent minors, from a national educational institution in Cartavio, for this, use was made of the la Escala de Estilos de Socialización Parental en la Adolescencia – ESPA 29 and the Aggression Questionnaire – AQ. This research had a Cross-Correlational cut design and a sample made up of 210 adolescents (males and females) from the first to the fifth year of secondary education, who belong to a national school in Cartavio. A direct, highly significant correlation (p<.01) of the dimensions was found: Coercion/imposition of the father figure and Coercion/imposition of the mother figure with Aggression in the referred adolescents. On the contrary, there is no significant correlation (p>.05) of the dimensions Acceptance/involvement of the father figure and Acceptance/involvement of the mother figure with Aggression. Regarding the general scale of aggressiveness, it was found that the intermediate level predominates.
