Síndrome de Burnout y Motivación laboral en colaboradores de una empresa industrial pesquera de Paita- 2021

Abstract

Nuestro estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Síndrome de Burnout y Motivación laboral en colaboradores en una empresa agroindustrial pesquera de Paita. El presente estudio es de tipo sustantivo, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra ha sido constituida por 151 colaboradores, como instrumentos se aplicaron el inventario de Síndrome de Burnout, el cual se aplicó mediante la adaptación de Vizcardo en Lima dentro del año 2017 y la escala de Motivación laboral de Steers y Braunstein, la cual se aplicó mediante la adaptación de Sonia Palma en Lima en el año 2000. Los resultados obtenidos refieren que, si existe una relación entre el síndrome de burnout y motivación laboral, pero con lo que corresponde a las dimensiones de cada una de las variables no se encontró una correlación significativa

Our study aimed to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and work motivation in employees in an agroindustrial fishing company in Paita. The present study is of a substantive type, with a correlational descriptive design. The sample has been constituted by 151 collaborators, as instruments were applied the inventory of Burnout Syndrome, which was applied through the adaptation of Vizcardo in Lima within the year 2017 and the scale of work motivation of Steers and Braunstein, which was applied by means of the adaptation of Sonia Palma in Lima in 2000. The results obtained indicate that, if there is a relationship between the burnout syndrome and work motivation, but with what corresponds to the dimensions of each of the variables, no one was found significant correlation
