Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación analiza a través de un
diagnóstico situacional la problemática físico urbana, económica y
sociocultural del centro poblado Alto Trujillo, a fin de proponer el
diseño de un Centro Comunitario Cultural, acorde con una
arquitectura más sensible al ser humano, pensada en crear espacios
con principios de convivencia ciudadana que impliquen áreas activas
relacionados con el entorno, otorgándole el significado como un lugar
de encuentro y representación donde la sociedad de visibilice y se
sienta orgullosa e identificada.
Para ello, la investigación se resuelve de manera descriptiva,
justificando el problema y los objetivos a alcanzar, teniendo como
resultados, datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, los que posteriormente
de su clasificación determinaron el programa arquitectónico; para
luego materializar un sistema de ideas pensadas en el espacio, el
contexto y el programa; componiendo la discusión y debate de los
mismos, para finalmente exponer el proyecto arquitectónico de
centro comunitario cultural, enfocado principalmente en brindar
educación y cultura a su población, interviniendo en la periferia con
el fin de promover la empleabilidad y el desarrollo de actividades de
aprendizaje por medio de la formación en talleres artísticos y
productivos ; así como un área cultural comunitaria para fortalecer
las relaciones entre habitantes y el tejido social, identidad cultural y
permita a la comunidad organizarse y transcender en el tiempo,
orientándolos a ser un territorio más incluyente y cohesionado.
Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que la relación
arquitectura – ciudad es condicionante fundamental para la
transformación de un sitio, es necesario apostar para la creación de
espacios menos institucionalizados, sino que sean más abiertos a la
comunidad.
The present research work analyzes through a situational diagnosis the urban, economic and sociocultural physical problems of the Alto Trujillo town center, in order to propose the design of a Cultural Community Center, in accordance with an architecture that is more sensitive to the human being, thought in create spaces with principles of civic coexistence that involve active areas related to the environment, giving it meaning as a place of meeting and representation where society makes it visible and feels proud and identified. For this, the research is solved in a descriptive way, justifying the problem and the objectives to be achieved, having as results, qualitative and quantitative data, which after their classification determined the architectural program; to later materialize a system of ideas thought in the space, the context and the program; composing the discussion and debate of them, to finally expose the architectural project of a cultural community center, focused mainly on providing education and culture to its population, intervening in the periphery in order to promote employability and the development of learning activities by means of training in artistic and productive workshops; as well as a community cultural area to strengthen the relations between inhabitants and the social fabric, cultural identity and allow the community to organize and transcend time, orienting them to be a more inclusive and cohesive territory. The results of the research determined that the architecture-city relationship is a fundamental conditioning factor for the transformation of a site, it is necessary to bet on the creation of less institutionalized spaces, but that are more open to the community.
