The main objective of the research work was to achieve better efficiency in the management of the supply of materials for the production of advertisements of the company WG PERU S.A.C. The study began with the selection of the sample from a population of 45 items that was administered in the company's warehouse in 2021. As a result, a sample of 23 articles was obtained, which were selected taking into account domestic demand as a unit of analysis. Subsequently, an analysis of the costs and operating expenses of supply of each of the articles was carried out, determining that some articles had high levels of security stock, scarcity costs in some months of the year and high values of volatility of domestic demand (coefficient of variation greater than 20%), which allowed to choose the periodic review model as a model to apply in the study. As a final result of the diagnosis, a total supply cost of S/ 523,092.22 and an economic profitability of 7.62% were obtained. Subsequently, the company's sales revenue and the internal demand of each article were projected using the linear, exponential, potential, logarithmic, po9linomic and holt model regression models and whose selection of the best alternative was used the lowest value of the absolute mean deviation (DAM). Finally, the costs and operating expenses of supply were evaluated with the new model, determining a decrease in supply costs from S/523,092.22 to S/ 496,416.15 and an increase in economic profitability from 7.62% in the period 2021 to 14.12% in the period 2022 which represented an increase of 85.44%
